Where does the mini headshot - branding session take place?: Your session will take place at my studio in the Village of Williamsville

How is the this special different from the custom session?: The Headshot and Mini Branding Special is designed for those clients who only need a few good images and don't have the time, need, or budget to prepare for a Custom Headshot or Personal Branding Session.
How should I prepare? What should I bring?: Your in-depth planning consultation with Joan will help you prepare everything, from makeup to each outfit you bring. She will help you coordinate outfits with our many background options. Joan will guide you every step of the way to ensure you love your portraits. If you would like an onsite hair and make-up artist, we can make arrangements for an additional fee.
Can you help? I am in a hurry and need a headshot asap!: Yes, We are here to help! Let us know your deadline. May times we have provided 24 hour turnaround without any additional charge.
When and how do I select my portraits?: You will select your final photos on the same day as your session, immediately following your photoshoot. Together we will review all of the unretouched photos and pick out your favorites. I have extensive experience helping clients think strategically about what images will work best for what purpose.
How many photos do I get?: You are welcome to purchase as many images as you would like! The headshot special fee covers the cost of your photo session experience, and one portrait file. Clients are typically shown between 30-50 images.

When booking, you can pre-purchase additional, fully-retouched, high-resolution images:

Two (2) for $250 (Save $130)

Five (5) image bundle for $590 (Save $360)

If you prefer to wait to purchase images on the day of your session, individual image files are priced at $190
When and how will you send me the final images?: You will receive an email with your retouched portraits no more than ten days after your session.
What happens if I have a conflict and need to reschedule?: You can reschedule once without penalty if notice is given at least 7 days prior to the session date, but the rescheduled session will need to take place within 90 days of the original session date. In the event you cancel or are unable to show up for your session, the session retainer fee is forfeited. Due to the custom nature of this work, I cannot provide any refunds.
